Are the images supossed to be BLURRED ?

In the themeforest-9vBCCaLq-trade-business-and-finance-html5-template.zip downloaded, all the images in the directory
\Main File\assets\dist\images
are blurred

This is not what I bought. Could you please explain why is that and how to correct it?
