I was trying to add a comment, but not able to add a new comment on the old ticket So raising a new ticket. Please ignore the last ticket.

Just purchased your theme and try to import demo data, but no success. please check the bellow error.

An error occurred while fetching file from: https://digitechn.com/dmallp/wp-content/plugins/trade-plugin/one-click-demo-import/data/customizer.dat!
Reason: 403 – Forbidden.

After I tried manually import, it imports some pages but not all like the home page and services pages are missing in manually import. Please set up the theme as the demo so I can make the changes for my site.

Demo setup has been finished. Please check the website.

I can see that you already have the demo data on your site. Please let me know still if you need any help from our end.

Maybe it is related to your server configuration. It works correctly on my server as well as the server you gave the credential.
