WordPress themes

After I install the soup theme and all the require plugin, when I open the website and I click few sample link and then it hang. The cPanel also hang together and I cannot do any setting or changes.
My wordpress is a update one with the woocommerce installed, no other plugin just a new server.

I was trying to upload a new version but it can’t be uploaded from the dashboard. Please share the Cpanel or FTP credential.
