I think soup has a problem with the vat tax. Products have a vat called IVA of 10%

So if i buy a product of 12 € i must see a vat of 1,2 €, but look in the file attached what we see:

Could you help us with this?
Thank you very much

Hello there,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have forwarded the ticket to our developer team & they asked for the time approximately 3-5 days to resolve the issue.

I would suggest you please go ahead with another task of your website, once our developer team fixes the issue they will update to your server. In the meantime, if you need to customize the theme then use the child theme but don’t change any single line of code from the main theme file so that future updates won’t affect your changes.

Best Regards,
Joe

Hello there,

I am extremely sorry for the delay.

Firstly, the tax calculation process is done by the WooCommerce plugin itself, not the theme. In the theme, there is no functionality for tax calculation. So I can say there is no BUG from the theme regarding the issue.

Secondly, Since the tax calculation is done by the WooCommerce so I have tested it with the default theme twenty-twenty and also our soup theme. I did not find any issues here too.

Please have a look at the attached images and you can visit the demo where I tested.
Follow the link, http://themebeer.com/wp/soup-addon/

Please check your tax settings, I am not sure but maybe there is something missing.

And please let me know if you have any further questions. I would be glad If I can help you.

Regards,
Joe

Yes. You did a mistake.
Please see the attached image.
You have used a comma(,) as Decimal separator and dot(.) as Thousand separator that was the mistake.
That is why the issue occurred. Now it is working fine.
See the screenshot, please.
